UNC Persian Studies and CMEIS invite you for a celebration of Nowruz, the Persian New Year. This event will be held in UNC-Chapel Hill’s FedEx Global Education Center, Room 3009 on March 21 from 4-5:00pm.

After celebrating Nowruz with the Center, join us for our last lecture of the 2023-34 Academic Year Lecture Series. Dr. Nahal Akbari-Saneh (University of Maryland) will be discussing “Language Teaching in Culturally Plural Societies and Classrooms: Lessons from Persian”
