The Department of History at Rider University seeks applications for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor level in the history of the Middle East and/or South Asia in any period. The position begins September 1, 2015.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in his or her specialized fields and a world history survey, as well as periodically to offer a research or methods seminar. PhD required. Evidence of scholarly potential and commitment to undergraduate teaching is essential; teaching experience preferred.
