Economics/Finance: Head of International Research and Study Center of Islamic Economics and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with academic heads for Islamic Economics, Finance and Banking; Organize and supervise the competitiveness of activities, such as national/international publications, researches, reports, conferences, seminars, panels, interviews, training, educations, etc.; Organize the cooperation with national/international third parties; Monitoring and scanning on related academic activities/publications; To ensure compliance with legal, statutory, Islamic (Sharia) requirements and policies; Ensure that staff is well versed with Islamic Economics, Finance and Banking academic activities and documentations/processes through structured training programs; Administers administrative and financial affairs of the Center to include personnel, procurement, payroll and budgetary information; Draft strategic/business plans to chart the Islamic Economics, Finance and Banking activities. Experience and Educational Requirements: In-depth of knowledge of International Economics, Finance and Banking; In-depth knowledge of Islamic Economics, Finance and Banking concepts; Ph.D. is required with minimum 10-year experience; Strong analytical and management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent at English (preferable at Arabic and/or Turkish, too); Ability to work autonomously within a small team, sharing knowledge and skills; Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
