Wednesdays at the Center (W@TC) is a virtual lecture series. This week, Duke student Vishal Jammulapati will present a field report on alternative music in the Arab world, focusing on the issues raised by alternative music groups and/or the controversy around these groups.

Vishal Jammulapati is a sophomore Robertson Scholar studying International Comparative Studies on the Middle East track. He is an editor at Jasūr magazine, UNC and Duke’s undergraduate academic publication on MENA+ issues.
