This Spring, CMEIS is hosting a series of faculty-led discussions centering the people and politics of Palestine. The first 20 registrants for each event will receive a free physical copy of the text.
Register here to participate in a discussion of One Day, Everyone Will Have Always Been Against This by Omar El Akkad. The discussion will be lead by UNC Professor of Arab Culure, Dr. Nadia Yaqub; participants are intended to read the text before attending this single-session reading group.
Additional reading groups will take place throughout the semester on March 11, March 26th, and April 16th.
