Seminar: Propaganda in the Soviet-Afghan War with Jeff Jones (UNCG)

The Carolina Seminar on Russia and its Empires will start the academic year with a presentation by Jeff Jones of UNCG, who will present a chapter on his forthcoming book on the Afghan War. Jeff Jones (Ph.D., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) is an Assistant Professor of History at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His specific area of research is Russian-Soviet history and he is interested in 20th century global history.
