Panel Discussion: Supply Chain Security through the Strait of Hormuz

June 24, 2021 | 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Amb (Ret) David C. Litt, IDB Executive Director, Center for Stabilization & Economic Reconstruction, will moderate a panel on supply chain security through the Strait of Hormuz. This panel will speak about the importance of the Gulf in the global supply chain, and challenges for physical security in and out of the Strait of Hormuz, with a special emphasis on role of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Panelists will bring private sector, academic, and military expertise.

This is a one-hour event on Thursday, June 24th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT. Registered participants will have the chance to submit questions during the panel.
