March 25, 2022 | 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Muslim Students Association presents MSA MET! MSA MET (Muslims Excelling Today) is an evening of celebrating Muslim excellence. At this event, we will highlight ways our community excelled in the previous year, feature current student successes, profile current alumni work, and introduce the board leading the UNC Muslim community during the next year.
This year’s keynote speakers are Lena Sarsour and Akram Abdallah, the co-founders of @nominal. Nominal is a brand that aims to help people express their culture and identity through meaningful jewelry while making a positive impact.
The encouraged dress code for MSA MET is black tie, such as tuxedos or suits for gentlemen and evening gowns or formal jumpsuits for ladies. Feel free to dress up!
