Davidson College and Queens University of Charlotte seek to make a joint two-year appointment for a visiting assistant professor of political science with a focus on the Middle East.

The successful candidate will teach five courses each year, two at Davidson College and three at Queens University. PhD in political science required; undergraduate teaching experience preferred. Teaching fields should include comparative politics and Middle East politics. The successful candidate will be prepared to teach an introductory survey of Middle East politics, two more focused courses on Middle East topics, and an introductory course in comparative politics.

Salary competitive. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
