Bucknell University, the Department of History, seeks a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor with a specialization in European and Middle Eastern History after 1800, to begin fall, 2013. Country of specialization in both regions open (excluding Germany and Russia). Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered. We seek a candidate committed to high-quality teaching and a strong research agenda that explores the complex relationships existing between Europe and the Middle East who can provide support to other academic programs on campus and contribute to the university’s general education goals.
