The candidate must have completed a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies or a related field, and demonstrate strong background in classical Islamic Studies as well as Arabic language competency. Knowledge of a second relevant language such as Persian, Turkish, or Urdu would be a plus. Significant teaching experience is expected.
Job Description: Teaching courses related to Islamic Studies and/or Arabic language. Help developing existing programs in the academic study of Islam.
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
